<P>在UM CSSA BBS （<A href="http://www.youmebbs.com">www.youmebbs.com</A>）上看到ID (jcg2000) 发的帖子：“Plymouth 的国货店，不得不说”（见附件1），里面提到国货店对中国人使用信用卡采取歧视性对待的事情颇有同感。曾经被这么对待过许多回。该国货店的做法是：买多于20美元的东西才能使用信用卡刷卡付钱；如果少于20美元，那抱歉，只能用现金付款。可恨的是这个规则对于非中国人不适用，由此产生的歧视行为已经引起国人的愤愤不平，但大多采取多一事不如少一事或者以大家都是中国人，都不容易来宽待之。持这种想法的人可以理解，因为大家都不容易。问题是，这如果在国内，国情如此，无可厚非。</P>

<P>但这是在美国，入乡随俗，怎么能够拿中国的做法来宽待国货店的歧视行为呢？再说了，他们真的是中国人吗？难道不时美籍华人在做生意，欺负我们拿中国护照的中国留学生及附近工作人员吗？既然大家都不知道该象哪里反应，那么我就来尝试一下，看看情况会怎么样。</P>

<P>以上的国货店是在Ann Arbor上的一国货店。另外，在Ypsilanti上有一家华兴超市国货店，那一家店要求只有多于10美元才能刷卡支付；买少于10美元的东西需要付现金或者如果要刷卡要额外付0.5美元刷卡费（我付过一次）。</P>

<P>除了以上使用信用卡的歧视行为，另外一件更过分的事情是，来自多人反应，此二商店卖过期食品，有时候把过期的标签取下，贴上新的标签。还有，据一些朋友的经历，买到变质的盒装豆腐不奇怪。从这些事情来说，这两家店存在违反食品卫生规定。既然要投诉，就放到一起。</P>

<P>最初，我只想着投诉Ann Arbor的国货店，那么该找Ann Arbor市政厅？可想一下，觉得不能便宜了另一家华兴超市，但这家又不在Ann Arbor地头上，Ann Arbor市政当局管不着，怎么办? 既然两家店分处两个城市，那么，很快就想到了Washtenaw County 县政厅可以管得到。于是开始起草信件，同时去搜索可以抱怨的地方。</P>

Many Chinese customers have complained the policy to the owners.
